George’s Marvelous Medicine
written by Roald Dahl

In the book George’s Marvelous Medicine by Roald Dahl, George gets left home alone with his grandma. His dad is always working and his mom is shopping. He is supposed to give his grandma her medicine. But he has other plans.
Are the characters believable? I think George is believable because a kid would act like a little toddler. His dad is kind of believable because he would be excited to get a world record. His dad wants to make more medicine to raise bigger animals. His mom is believable because she would be sad that a medicine made her mom die. Grandma is not because she could grow out the roof.
I would rate this book to be a 5 out of 10 because it was an okay book. It was kind of funny and exciting. For example, I like Roald Dahl’s expressions that he writes in the book.
